Shipping policy

Standard in-stock orders usually leave the warehouse within 2–4 working days. Personalized orders require approximately 10 working days before dispatch. These are dispatch estimates, not delivery times.

Shipping charges

The reference operating rule is free shipping above $79 and $9.99 below the threshold. Ordering is currently disabled. The exact threshold boundary, discount basis, currencies, destinations and exclusions must be confirmed before launch.

Packaging and delivery

Orders use plain packaging. Transit time depends on the destination. Some items may require 7–14 working days of additional warehouse preparation; this is not a general delivery promise.

Lost or damaged shipments

Contact us with the order details if a shipment is lost or arrives damaged. Replacement or refund eligibility is assessed under the applicable shipping and refund conditions. Do not use damaged goods while the case is being reviewed.
