Refund policy

Return requests must be made within 20 days of purchase. Eligible items must be unused, in the condition received and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Exceptions

Used or worn products, lingerie, pantyhose, used underwear, products with broken hygiene seals and personalized items are not eligible for ordinary returns.

Damage

Report damage within 24 hours of receipt and provide your order details so the issue can be reviewed.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping, which is not refundable. Tracked shipping or shipping insurance is recommended for returns valued above $75. Contact us for return instructions; a return address has not yet been approved for this preview.

Refused deliveries and cancellations

Refused deliveries carry a 50% restocking deduction plus shipping charges. The cancellation deduction is 6%. The dispatch-related cancellation cutoff and shipment interception conditions require clarification before this policy can be finalized. No automatic cancellation, deduction or refund is enabled in this preview.
